Return & Refund Policy
At La Bande à Miam, every item is made to order and personalized especially for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect or our error.
Damages, defects, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@labandeamiam.fr and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the defect or error
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Personalized products
As all of our products are personalized and made specifically to your order, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order due to our mistake.
Please double-check all personalization details (such as names, text, spelling, colors, and size) before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for customer-submitted errors.
European Union – Right of withdrawal
Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
As our products are made to order and personalized, they are therefore not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved due to a confirmed defect, damage, or our error, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
