Shipping Policy

Every item is made to order with care before being shipped from Bordeaux, France.

 

Processing Time

As each product is made especially for you, orders are typically processed and produced within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During busy periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

 

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using the following carriers:

  • Colissimo (La Poste): Home delivery in approximately 2 to 5 business days
  • Mondial Relay: Delivery to a pickup point in approximately 3 to 5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders of €49 or more.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

 

 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

La Bande à Miam cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

La Bande à Miam cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@labandeamiam.fr.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable solution.
